Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Welcome to Firvo AI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Firvo AI's platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Firvo AI provides AI-powered phone intake services for law firms, with a focus on immigration law. Our platform uses voice AI to answer incoming calls, qualify leads, collect case information, and notify attorneys via SMS and email. The service is offered on a subscription basis and may include a free trial period.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for configuring your firm's intake flows, business hours, and notification preferences correctly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Firvo AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service for any purpose other than legal intake and lead qualification
  • Abuse, harass, or harm callers or other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or interfere with our systems
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
  • Violate applicable laws, including those governing attorney advertising and client communication

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at signup. A free trial may be offered; after the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Firvo AI does not provide legal advice. Our AI is a tool for intake and lead qualification only. You remain solely responsible for the legal advice and representation you provide to clients. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information collected through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firvo AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Firvo AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and indemnification) will survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
