- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, including dashboard activity, login history, and feature usage.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our AI intake services

4. Call Recording and Transcription
Calls conducted through Firvo AI are recorded and transcribed for lead management purposes. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and made available to your firm via the attorney dashboard. You are responsible for informing callers that calls may be recorded, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our platform:
- Retell AI: Powers our voice AI and handles real-time speech processing.
- Twilio: Provides telephony and SMS notifications.
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by agreements that require them to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and lead data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. Upon account termination, we retain data for a limited period as required by law and our internal policies, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
